For those unfamiliar with business terminology in El Salvador, SA de CV stands for Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable. This is a type of business organization in which the company’s capital is divided into shares and can be increased or decreased as needed. This gives us greater flexibility as we grow and expand in the technology market.
But beyond the technical aspects, this legalization is a big step for Cuernosoft. Since we began our journey years ago, we have worked hard to build a solid and trustworthy company. Legalizing as an SA de CV is a way to demonstrate our commitment to transparency and responsibility, and allows us to continue providing high-quality services to our clients.
