Kingston Technology, the leading company in memory and storage solutions, announced today that it has been ranked as the world’s largest independent DRAM module supplier, according to the latest revenue ranking from analyst firm TrendForce. Kingston maintains the number 1 position with a 78.12% market share and \$13.5 billion in revenue. According to TrendForce, DRAM module sales in 2022 decreased by 4.6% year-over-year across the industry, and Kingston retained its position as the global leader for the 20th consecutive year.
According to the report, the world’s top five memory module suppliers accounted for 90% of total sales in 2022, with Kingston maintaining its dominant market share of 78.12%. Consumer purchasing trends in electronics were affected by inflation; however, the brand’s strength and reliability, as well as its solid distribution chain, kept Kingston in the top spot in market share ranking.
